The team at Laurel Villa has been led by our practice manager, Karen, for 16 years to date. Over this time she has helped to develop the current team of nurses and receptionists. The dentists at Laurel Villa also bring a wealth of experience. We try to offer a comprehensive service in-house. This involves the provision of all aspects of NHS dentistry, as well as adult orthodontics, implants and facial aesthetics. The team works closely together to help you satisfy your treatment needs in the best environment possible.
Routine dental check-ups are usually every 6 months. Further appointments can be arranged at times that suit you best. Text messages are used as reminders for both routine and treatment appointments. Recall cards can also be posted if preferred. Courtesy calls are also made to patients who cannot be contacted by text.
Laurel Villa operates a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows patients to reschedule their appointments at the time of calling. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, we kindly request that you call on the next working day to reorganise. Repeat short-notice cancellations and subsequent failure in attendance may lead to deregistration.
